Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These terms define the rules for using VTuber Portal, including accounts, user contributions, moderation, claims, third-party content, and YouTube-related features.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VTuber Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. VTuber Portal may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create security risks.

User Content and Contributions

You are responsible for content you submit, including comments, reports, video metadata suggestions, profile suggestions, duplicate submissions, votes, claims, and other contributions. You must not submit illegal, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

Moderation

VTuber Portal may review, edit, hide, remove, or restrict content, accounts, claims, reports, or contributions when necessary to operate the service, enforce these terms, protect users, or respect third-party rights.

Claims

VTuber and Clipper claim features are intended to help verified people or representatives manage related profiles. Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. False, misleading, or abusive claims may be rejected or restricted.

YouTube Features

VTuber Portal may display, import, or interact with YouTube content and metadata through YouTube API Services. By using features that display, import, or interact with YouTube content, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. VTuber Portal also follows the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

Third-party Rights

Third-party names, trademarks, videos, channels, VTuber identities, Clipper identities, and related media remain the property of their respective owners. VTuber Portal does not claim ownership of third-party content displayed or referenced through the service.

Copyright and Reports

To report illegal content, abuse, harassment, privacy concerns, intellectual property issues, incorrect VTuber or Clipper identity information, or other legal issues, contact [email protected] with the relevant URL, the reason for the report, supporting details or evidence, and a way to contact you. VTuber Portal may hide, remove, correct, or restrict reported content when appropriate. If your report concerns a YouTube video itself, you should also use the official YouTube reporting or copyright tools because VTuber Portal does not host YouTube videos.

Intellectual Property

VTuber Portal, including its name, logo, icon, interface design, and original site content, is owned by the site operator unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, misuse, or imply endorsement by VTuber Portal without permission.

No Warranty

VTuber Portal is provided as-is. The service may contain errors, unavailable content, incomplete metadata, or interruptions. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, accurate, or free of defects.

Changes

These terms may be updated as VTuber Portal evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
